Michele joined the TTC-Elizabethton Practical Nursing Faculty in 2005. After completing LPN training at TTC-Elizabethton, Michele attended both Walters State Community College and East Tennessee State University to become a Registered Nurse. A certified Emergency Medical Technician, Michele has worked in several areas of nursing, including skilled nursing, medical surgical nursing, adult critical care and as a flight nurse for Wings Air Rescue. Michele is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and has obtained CCRN Certification.
