Terri Blevins — Practical Nursing

Terri received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1982. She was employed as a Staff Charge Nurse at Carter County Memorial Hospital, working primarily in the Intensive Care step-down unit and surgical floor. In 1985, Ms. Blevins was named director of the Practical Nursing Program at TTC–Elizabethton. In 1990, she was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Technical and Adult Education from the University of Tennessee. A member of the board of directors of the Tennessee Center for Nursing, Ms. Blevins was elected president of TCN in 2007. She is also a member of the Tennessee Nursing Association.
