Ronnie White comes to the Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton with 32 years experience with a general contractor's license in Tennessee and works as a consultant to many companies in the United States on laser alignment. Ronnie spent 10 years at North American Rayon Corporation as a maintenance supervisor. He worked 19 years with Fluor Daniel Inc. as a millwright, foreman, general foreman, project manager, and for his last 9 years with Fluor Daniel, as a Senior Training Manager. Ronnie was responsible for the initial setup for training centers all over the United States in order to support the major projects of Fluor Daniel. He also helped develop the Wheels of Learning, which is used by most major maintenance/millwright construction companies. Two of these schools are with the Carter County School System.
Six years ago, Ronnie initiated a millwright skills class at the Tennessee Technology Center with very limited resources. This class is now one of the most unique classes not only in Tennessee, but in the United States.
