Positions Available:

Millwright/Industrial Maintenance Instructor

Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton is accepting applications for a full-time Millwright/Industrial Maintenance Instructor.

Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent
Graduate with post secondary technical school diploma or degree preferred
Minimum of three years current millwright/industrial maintenance experience
Evidence of potential ability in instruction

General Duties:

Teach all phases of the Industrial Maintenance Technology or Millwright Program including electrical systems, electronic controls, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, piping, welding, and preventative maintenance
Monitor, grade, and evaluate students
Maintain appropriate records and submit timely reports
Participate in professional development activities
Work in cooperation with local industries
Assist in placement of students
Must be willing to remain current in skills required for occupation

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications, experience, education, and Tennessee Technology Center guidelines
