Scarlet Stewart of Elizabethton, who is majoring in Computer Operations Technology at the Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton, has been named Student of the Month.
Nominated by her instructor, Richard Woodward, Ms. Stewart was chosen for academic excellence and exceptional worker characteristics. She plans to graduate in May.
