The center will assist graduates of the LPN program at TTC-Elizabethton with the transition to the ETSU Registered Nurse degree program, according to Dr. Priscilla Ramsey, program director. Dr. Smith said 10 graduates of the LPN program at TTC-Elizabethton were among recent graduates of the ETSU RN program. The ETSU Nursing Center is located on the Herman Robinson Campus, 1500 Arney St., Elizabethton.
