The 135 hours of training covers state regulations mandated by the Tennessee Department of Health and Environment. The course prepares students for the state exam to become a Certified Nurse Aide and provides necessary skills for job opportunities in a health care facility.
Classes meet from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. the first 13 days and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. the last 10 days. The cost to enroll in the course is $436.50. Students must be at least 18. No high school diploma or GED is required.
