Course Description
An Online Program designed to meet the educational needs of individuals desiring to work as Dietary Managers. Dietary Managers work together with Registered Dietitians to provide quality nutritional care for patients/residents. They are involved in food procurement services, sanitation, food and safety, as well as administrative personnel management. This program consists of one to two lessons per week and 150 hours of field experience training. The program is approved by the Dietary Manager Association (DMA) and is designed to prepare graduates to take the National Credentialing Exam to become a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
