Nurse Aide Training Graduates February 6, 2008

Feb. 6 graduates of the Nurse Aide Training Program at the Tennessee Technology Center at Elizabethton are, from left, LaWanna White, Joan T. Gallo, Danielle Hurt and Ashley Dupuis, all from Carter County, Taylor Vanover of Sullivan County and Barbara Benfield, instructor. The 135 hours of training covers state regulations mandated by the Tennessee Department of Health and Environment. The course prepares students for the state exam to become a Certified Nurse Aide and provides necessary skills for job opportunities in a health care facility. No high school diploma or GED is required to enroll in the course.
