Each student enrolling in a full-time program of study, except Practical Nursing, must complete a skill assessment in the Technology Foundations Lab. This assessment is usually conducted within the first week of enrollment following orientation. If students are found to be deficient in reading, writing or math, skills are renewed in the foundations lab during a two-hour study period, one day per week.
